To transform a real life item into a chocolate sculpture takes a lot of time and love. After sculpting with an array of techniques I create moulds and then transform them into chocolates which are hand painted with cocoa butters.
I work hard to keep a balance of quality in the art work as well as in the taste. There really is just no point working so hard on the artwork without a great tasting chocolate at the heart of it all.
High quality Belgian couverture chocolate is the base of all the edible artworks. It is real chocolate containing cocoa butter fats and no palm oil.
When buying my chocolate you support cocoa farmers. Every time I buy in my raw ingredients, the manufacturers reinvest some of the money in sustainable cocoa farming through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation.
